We're Markham Dog Alliance!
We started as a community group, then officially registered as a business in 2023. We've hosted over 50 events, worked with over 300+ businesses, raised over $30,000 for local charities/non-profits, and are just getting started! In 2024 we attracted over 20,000 guests to our events, with our feature event Barkham Event drawing 8,000 attendees!

OUR MISSION
Markham Dog Alliance hosts and sponsors dog-friendly events in the Markham area that facilitate the growth and empowerment of local businesses. It creates inclusive spaces for the community to meetup and make new friends, while enabling rescues and charities to help animals in need.
